INGREDIENTS

1 Blackberry
2 Raspberries
1 Strawberry
15ml St Germain Liqueur
Juice of half a Lemon
Top up with Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco

METHOD

Muddle the fruits in the shaker.
Add the rest of the liquids – except Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco and shake.
Pour into a flute glass.
Top up with perfectly chilled Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco.
Garnish with an edible flower.

We love the Met Bar at COMO Metropolitan London.

A byword for a certain kind of stealth-wealth, low-lit city glamour, when it opened in 1997 you’d jostle for space by the bathroom mirror with Jerry Hall or Patsy Kensit, and since then everyone from Stella McCartney and Angelina Jolie has passed through its doors.

The Park Lane location has a lot to do with the appeal, and no-one could deny the draw of the Michelin-starred Nobu restaurant. But fair’s fair, and as we do love a drink, how about those mixologists? Over the years, the Met Bar team has won international awards, written cocktail recipe books, and trained some of London’s finest mixologists. We don’t like to think where we’d be without them.

As champions of healthy hedonism, we have a long and happy love affair with the Met Bar. As a special treat for all lovers of fresh tasting cocktails (that aren’t all about the sugar) we present the Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco Berry Blitz cocktail. It was created exclusively for us by the Met Bar’s mixologists, and we love it brunch, lunch and back again!
