60ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
70ml Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco
Build in a chilled wine glass, Italicus first over ice and then top up with Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco, garnish with Gaeta green olives.
Inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz, the most traditional aperitivo cocktail around the Prosecco region, Gallicus sees the aperitif liqueur replaced by Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, the newest revival of a forgotten category.
