Chic Cocktails Without the Fuss (Or The Sugar)

We were invited to a party recently and each couple was asked to bring a cocktail. Lethal, yes, but a lot of fun. We were treated to an Eldertini (vodka, crushed ice, elderflower cordial, twist of lemon) and a Cucumber Tonic (your classic G&T jazzed up with julienned slices of cucumber instead of lemon.

I slightly lost track after that, but our contribution was a Pink & Purple. So simple, very elegant, delicious – and (unlike most cocktails) no sugar. Simply pour perfectly chilled Thomson & Scott Skinny Champagne Grand Cru Rosé into a flute or saucer and add stalks of lavender as swizzle sticks.
